Park-Like Living | The Lluvia House

We have a soft spot for modern architecture, and for a multitude of reasons. Today we get a look at a monolithic design with a contemporary nod that is both sleek and stylish. Dubbed the Lluvia House, this modern design features a park-like garden that is concealed. The house was designed by Pérez Palacios Arquitectos Asociados, placing a focus on the landscaping in the process.

The design finds pieces of the solid volume removed to create small courtyards within the negative space. Large glazed panels are seen along the rear, incorporating the landscaping into the living spaces in the process. This also floods the rooms with natural light, adding to its modern aesthetic as well. The bright, airy atmosphere adds to the home’s charm while contrasting the exterior’s shadowy approach. The home is a seamlessly and beautiful creation, something that offers a brilliant contrast with contemporary details.

Spacious and sleek, this home is all about embracing the outdoors while living a modern life. Take a closer look at the Lluvia House in the images below and find out more from Pérez Palacios Arquitectos Asociados. In the meantime, keep it locked with The Culture Curators for more modern architecture and contemporary design coming soon.
