The creative minds over at Crunchyroll are back at it yet again. Today Crunchyroll Loves returns with an eye-catching new capsule collection featuring artwork from the legendary horror artist Junji Ito. The exclusive new range offers eye-catching attention to detail while crafted by Crunchyroll’s in house streetwear line. The lineup is an evolution of Crunchyroll’s exclusive Junji Ito line from Crunchyroll Expo 2019. Those original designs featured artwork created from the famed horror artist, especially for Crunchyroll.
This new range builds upon those initial designs. Kristin Parcell, Director of Commerce at Crunchyroll, spoke about the collection. She stated: “Junji Ito creates devastatingly beautiful horror manga.” She went on to add, “Our goal was to translate his art into wearable, streetwear pieces that are accessible to all his fans. Ito-sensei is really happy with the execution, so I’m excited to see the reception from customers!” The exclusive five-piece Crunchyroll Loves collection includes a jean jacket, one hoodie, two long-sleeved shirts, and one t-shirt. Eye-catching and unique, the collection arrives after previous collections “Konosuba,” “Re:Zero,” “DARLING in the FRANXX,” and more.
