Price – ‘CLRD’ EP

Price and Oktane, collectively known as Audio Push, have created some real gems throughout their career. Today, Price is back with something of his own, something new and something impressive. Today the artist is back with a slick new EP entitled ‘CLRD.’ The project is described as a “celebration of Black joy,” which comes in a time of unrest. The artist went on to describe the EP as a project he started recording prior to the global pandemic.

He went on to speak further about the project. The artist stated: “From our music to our food, families, and homies, I’m telling a story that will give my people something to be inspired by during these times where we can be killed by the police or even choked and killed by each other. CLRD is celebrating the everyday things that allow us to persevere, survive, and thrive despite adversity.”

The EP comes loaded up with eight new tracks and is led by the singles “Mufasa” and “Maya.” The largely self-produced album includes some contributions from Boi-1da, Nico Segal, K. Roosevelt, Coryayo, and Camper. Along the way, Price is joined by the likes of Kota, the Friend, G Perico, Tone Stith, Alayah Simone, Camper, and Candice Boyd.
