A Classic Flip | Reebok Pairs With nanamica For Sportswear Capsule

No strangers to sportswear and style, Reebok is back. This time around, the iconic imprint has linked up with the Japanese label, nanamica, for a brand new capsule collection. The range is influenced and inspired by retro sports heritage, offering a variety of stylish designs. The collection is comprised of T-shirts, pants, a jacket, and a revamped iteration of the Reebok Club C. The low cut sneakers are seen in either black or white. The kicks are detailed with a leather strap that covers all the laces. The silhouette was inspired by Reebok’s iconic “Alien Stomper” from the ’80s, though tweaked by nanamica.

The sneaker is draped with a smooth navy leather tongue and stamped with a tonal brand tag. The crisp uppers are met with thin geometric top-stitching, adding nice attention to detail along the way. There are other details, including subtle perforations and suede panels around the toe box, finished by a beige gum sole. The retro theme is continued with the garments. Standouts include the Vector Track Jacket made up of soft corduroy fabrics.

The jacket arrives in black with blue panels around the shoulders in the form of Reebok’s logo. The jacket’s raised collar, two zipper pockets at the waist, and elastic ribbing at the cuffs and hem are a nice touch as well. The garment comes with matching corduroy track pants for good measure. The capsule is finished off with two logo tees, boldly emblazoned with “Reebok” and “ナナミカ” (nanamica) branding.

Take a closer look at the eye-catching new capsule in the images below and look for the collection to drop on November 30 at nanamica.com. In the meantime, keep it locked with The Culture Curators for all the best in streetwear and style coming soon.
