Despite reports of being canceled, today we get a closer look at Drake’s NOCTA x Nike Air Force 1 “Certified Lover Boy.” Last month brought news of the release being canceled due to production issues. However, other sources stated that those reports were untrue and that a limited release was still in the works.
The NOCTA x Nike Air Force 1 collaboration celebrates Drake’s latest album with a classic “Triple White” colorway. The sneaker is detailed with unique elements that pay homage to the album. The uppers are crafted from premium tumbled leather with toe box perforations coming in the form of hearts.
NOCTA branding embroidery on the rear of the show and co-branded insoles are a nice touch too. Finishing up the silhouette is an AF1 sole unit with the “AIR” replaced with “Love you forever” in cursive.
