Today the iconic design returns in a new colorway, arriving in “Stone.” This eye-catching new colorway is notable for its new materials. The YEEZY 500 has become known for its heavily layered mix of mesh and suede. However, the “Stone” opts for a smooth neoprene base layer. The alternate construction bulks up the already-chunky silhouette.
This certainly marks a new chapter in the YEEZY 500 range. Aside from the neoprene construction, things are mainly the same. The overlays are crafted from a shaggy suede while the eye stays call upon a supple leather. The midsole features adiPRENE cushioning, while arriving in a tonal earthy hue boasting tan tones along the way. The adidas YEEZY 500 “Stone” is slated to release on November 23rd via adidas.com and various YEEZY stockists.
