In honor of his talents and his films, The Monster Suite at the Museo de las Artes at the University of Guadalajara offers a unique place to stay and visit.
Inspired by the creatures of the Oscar-winning director’s fantastical worlds, the suite is filled with props and decor. Details include a possibly-possessed porcelain doll, creepy creature arms, an aquatic beast floating in a vessel, and so much more. The hair-raising suite is certainly unique. The stay comes with an exclusive nighttime tour of the En Casa Con Mis Monstruos exhibit. The collection is host to more than 900 installations from Del Toro’s films. So for those who find themselves obsessed with Halloween, this place is a great way to kick things off. The suite is available for three nights: October 3, 4, and 5.
