If you are anything like us, you’re a big fan of good whiskey. Recently Lagavulin Single Malt Scotch whiskey paired up with Nick Offerman. Both are no strangers to quality blends; they both share a fondness for quality spirits. Lagavulin and Nick came together to create a special, limited-edition whisky, Lagavulin Offerman Edition Aged 11 Years. The blend is a celebration of sorts, a celebration of Lagavulin’s incredible spirits, as well as homage to Ron Swanson. Mr. Swanson was the character from Parks & Rec that made us all fans of Offerman.
Now the two have come together yet again to release some new comedy shorts showcasing the creation of the limited-edition Single Malt. The four-part comedic series of shorts brings viewers through the whisky distilling and aging process. Along the way, Mr. Offerman and Lagavulin reveal exactly how the Lagavulin Offerman Edition ultimately came to life. While more comedic than insightful, the clips are a nice touch to go along with the Lagavulin Offerman Edition Aged 11 Years.
The videos are an interesting and hilarious look at the brewing process, as well as how the unique limited-edition single malt came together.
