Harlem’s very own, A$AP Ferg is back. Just over a year after serving up his album Floor Seats, Ferg is back with the sequel. The wordsmith returned Friday with Floor Seats II, showing off his uncanny and unadulterated style in the process. The album serves as a follow-up and proper sequel to the first project, arriving with a bevy of impressive and infectious new tracks.
Along the way, Ferg shows off his style and his delivery, doing so with a dose of his undeniable talents and energy. The album includes ten new tracks with several incredible and unlikely features throughout. A$AP Ferg is joined by the likes of Lil’ Wayne, Diddy, Nicki Minaj, Madeintyo, and Fivio Foreign. Tyga, Jay Gwuapo, and OneFour also join in on the action. However, it’s a feature from Marilyn Manson that caught us off guard, though its now one of our favorite selections from the album.
Ferg does his thing and provides some solid new material. Some of our other favorites include “Dennis Rodman” with Tyga, “Value,” “Hectic,” featuring Diddy, and “No Ceilings” with Lil Wayne and Jay Gwuapo. Ferg puts together something exciting and something we wouldn’t suggest sleeping on.
