All Electric Everything! The Curtiss Psyche Electric Motorcycle

Motorcycle manufacturers are looking to go ‘electric.’ It’s the wave of modern transportation, and the automotive world has already embraced it. With Harley-Davidson getting into the game, Curtiss is back with their latest electric motorcycle. Curtiss is no stranger to crafted big v-twin cruisers. However, they recently reinvented themselves as an all-electric bike maker. The Curtiss Psyche Electric Motorcycle is their latest creation.

Priced at $30,000 the Psyche will compete directly with the LiveWire from Harley-Davidson. The Psyche is sleek and stylish, boasting the structural look of Curtiss’ models. The ride comes outfitted with some unique details include the cantilever forks and frame which come painted in white. The battery pack is mounted transversely to the frame.

The solo seat is suspended bobber style in the air, and the bike will come in either a 48 or 96 horsepower version at launch. The Psyche boasts 160 miles of range and weighs in at just 375 pounds. The company is currently selling stock in a WeFunder campaign to raise funds with a goal of getting listed on the NASDAQ exchange by 2021. The company is making moves for the future and waves in the motorcycles world.
