She’s one of the hardest working artists in the entertainment industry, and she’s back! Beyonce returns, and she arrives with some big news. Today the word on the e-streets is that Beyonce is gearing up to release a documentary dubbed ‘Making the Gift.’ The upcoming documentary is set to take fans behind the process of how her The Lion King: The Gift Album came together.
The special, titled Beyoncé Presents: Making the Gift will air on ABC tonight and will allow viewers to “experience the process” behind every track. The project served as a companion album for the Jon Favreau-directed The Lion King. The behind-the-scenes documentary will feature brainstorming sessions while providing a look at all that went into making the “Spirit” music video. The documentary will also provide a look at Bey’s work with artists from Africa. The songstress released The Lion King: The Gift Album earlier this year. The project features appearances from Kendrick Lamar, JAY-Z, Childish Gambino, Pharrell Williams, Wiz Kid, Syd, DJ Khaled, Diplo, and more.
