Art Meets Food | NANZUKA Presents 3110NZ by LDH Kitchen

Acclaimed Japanese art dealer NANZUKA has launched a new space in Tokyo. Dubbed 3110NZ by LDH Kitchen, the location is both an art gallery and a sushi restaurant. NANZUKA teamed up with Sushi Saito, which has been called “the world’s best sushi restaurants” by critics and chefs. Sushi Saito was located in the Japanese capital and closed its doors back in November of 2019.

The establishment was designed by Snarkitecture and features a unique aesthetic inside. The cavernous walls make a beautiful home for paintings and more, while glowing lights lining the ceiling and art displays add a nice touch. The large cobblestone flooring adds to the appeal, while a wood-based sushi bar serves as the centerpiece.

The space will be an art gallery during the day and a sushi restaurant at night. 3110NZ by LDH Kitchen will feature exhibitions for roughly four to six weeks at a time. The first exhibit will include works by the influential Japanese postwar artist Keiichi Tanaami starting July 21.
