Known for their aeronautical creations, Bombardier is back in the news. The company has unveiled its newest flagship private business jet, the Global 8000. The private jet is Bombardier’s fastest and smoothest jet, offering the longest range in its class. The plane is able to travel at speeds of Mach 0.94 while boasting a range of 8,000 nautical miles.
The design is outfitted with Smooth Flĕx Wing technology, Bombardier Pũr Air HEPA filter technology, a Soleil circadian lighting system, and Nuage seating with zero-gravity positioning. The company has emphasized comfort and performance. The Global 8000 is able to take off on the shortest runways while featuring a host of amenities. The jet includes four dedicated living spaces, a large kitchen, a large wardrobe, a 6-seat meeting and dining space, and a private lavatory with a stand-up shower. The company expects the Global 8000 to be in operation in 2025.
