Another week, another new single from the “boy band” known as BROCKHAMPTON. If you haven’t gotten acquainted with this crew, you are missing out on some exceptional new music. The hip-hop collective returns with their second single in as many weeks.
This one is called “If You Pray Right.” The track finds the group again hitting us with their unadulterated style and depth. Yet again providing another contagious single in the process. The track follows up last week’s “I Been Born Again,” and as expected, the crew delivers something infectious.
The track is pushed by these energetic, contagious instrumental full of snappy, punchy drum work and incredibly catchy melodic elements. This combination lays down a perfect backdrop for the crew to excel. Each one brings a dose of their uncanny and unadulterated wordplay, which results in another impressive effort. This crew always supplies fresh new listening material, and “If You Pray Right” is no different. While it’s been a while since the group dropped off a project, these last two tracks have us hyped. “If You Pray Right” is seemingly the next single off the group’s forthcoming single Ginger. Which they say will arrive sometime in August. We’re hyped!
