Capsules x Collabos | Eric Emanuel & BAPE Drop Basketball Shorts Capsule

The New York-based designer, known as Eric Emanuel, is back. This time around, he has linked up with BAPE for a limited run of new basketball shorts. The collection was inspired by Emanuel’s past. He grew up in upstate New York and remembers making the BAPE store his first stop on day trips to NYC. The capsule features a trio of colorways, offering striking attention to detail in the process. Seen in brown, purple, and white colorways, the shorts come rocking a pattern of BAPESTA’s lighting logo.

Emanuel’s signature double “E” logo patches are emblazoned on the front while providing some smooth co-branding in the process. The shorts are colorful and loud, unique, and eye-catching, something worth adding to your wardrobe immediately. The shorts were released on Saturday, December 7, coinciding with BAPE’s flagship store opening in Miami’s Design District. The new location also revealed an exclusive collection paying homage to the vibrant city.
