The creative minds over at Casablanca are back in the news. Today they aligned with the professional table tennis equipment brand Butterfly for something stylish, colorful, and functional. The two have joined forces for a stunning new table tennis table that is part of Casablanca’s Spring/Summer 2022 collection. The design blends Charaf Tajer’s memories of traveling to Japan, elements of the Memphis design studio’s love of colors, and outstanding attention to detail.
The table incorporates a wavy divider, boasting squiggly lines and colorful legs. The table was shown in an introductory video from Japan’s GR8, featuring table tennis players Jun Mizutani and Maharu Yoshimura. For those interesting in owning the table can apply through GR8’s newsletter. The table is priced around $18,000 USD, while the paddles can be purchased individually for approximately $465 USD.
