Looking to elevate your footwear collection in time for Summer? Nike returns to do so while taking us back in time. Before they were known as Nike, the brand was known as Blue Ribbon Sports. Today the iconic sportswear brand salutes their past with a new edition of the React Infinity Run. Today we get an up-close and personal look at the Nike React Infinity Run “Blue Ribbon Sports.” The silhouette joins previous BRS-inspired styles, including the ZoomX Vaporfly NEXT% and Zoom Pegasus Turbo II.
The sneakers are crafted from a white Flyknit along the upper while rocking a grey synthetic heel and midfoot overlay. The grey layer is host to the accents of the sneaker such as the outline of a navy Swoosh and a three-pack of alternate graphics.
The sneakers are adorned with a small Swoosh, a red rising sun logo with blue lines, and a flowing BRS-inspired aesthetic. The full “Blue Ribbon Sports Track Club” is found underneath. The heel tab features “Infinity React” in navy while the insoles are decorated with bigger versions of the heel’s rising sun and the BRS graphics. The sneakers are finished off with red and blue TPU details, while a white React Foam midsole ensures comfort and cushioning.
