The Pro Era Crew representative known as CJ Fly is back. Today the wordsmith is back with a new single, and video, for our listening and viewing pleasures. This time around CJ pairs up with fellow Pro Era rep, Joey Bada$$ for a new one called “Rudebwoy.” The track was produced by Statik Selektah who laced the duo with something impressive and quite exceptional to do their thing upon. As expected, both artists bring their a-game, resulting in something we wouldn’t suggest sleeping on.
The track arrives as Joey Bada$$ announced that Pro Era Records has entered into a distribution and label services deal with ADA Worldwide. In a press statement, Mr. Bada$$ stated: “This creative collaboration will help us move forward with our values as a Progressive Indie label.” He went on to add, “Our artists are fired up and ready to release new music! We cannot wait to show the world what we have been working on, so stay tuned, and stop sleeping on yourself!” Along with Aaron Rose, longtime member, CJ Fly will also release his next project Rudebwoy through the new imprint. Today the wordsmith drops off the title track from the impending album, showing off his lyrical talents along with Joey, while Statik shows off behind the boards.
