When it comes to rugged luxury, there is nothing quite like the Mercedes-Benz G-Class. However, the G-Class originated as a military project in the ’70s. Today we look at a classic G-Class that will surely make a nice addition to any classic rides fleet. Today we get a look at a 1991 Mercedes-Benz 250GD Wolf SUV.
The 250GD Wolf isn’t nearly as well known as its wagon sibling. This machine boasts Jeep-like features and boxy styling, rocking an eye-catching aesthetic that is sharp and unique. The Expedition Motor Company takes 1990-1993 250GDs and brings them back to their original state.
Each 250GD, the Expedition Motor Company, gets a ground-up disassembly, inspection, and rebuild where necessary. A European team of 15 technicians revamps and restores these stunning machines just so we can drive them. The best part is that these machines come to you as they did when they first rolled off the assembly line.
Take a closer look at this particular 1991 Mercedes-Benz 250GD Wolf in the images and find out more about the ride from Expedition Motor Company. In the meantime, be sure to keep it locked with The Culture Curators for more new rides, classic cars, and customs coming very soon.
