The good folks over at Nike are back at it yet again. Today the sportswear giant returns with a new colorway on an old school icon. The Air More Uptempo returns, and it has been updated with a fresh “Sky Blue” colorway. The latest iteration of the classic basketball silhouette offers up a dose of nostalgia in both design and color.
The sneaker’s clean upper features a blue gradient that starts at the heel and fades to white towards the forefoot. “Psychic Blue” is seen at the heel, covering the “A” of the shoe’s “AIR” logo, wrapping around the heel of the midsole too. The midsection of the shoe features a lighter blue shade covering the “I,” while the “R” is seen in white. Other details include an embroidered Swoosh at the toecap and a full-length Air sole unit.
The sneaker is undoubtedly striking and definitely one worth adding to the collection. Take a closer look at the new colorway in the images and look for the “Sky Blue” Air More Uptempo to arrive on May 1st via Nike.
