Color & Detail | Daniel Arsham Reveals A ‘BLUE CRYSTALIZED PIKACHU’

Just days ago, Daniel Arsham revealed news about his Archive Editions. Today the artist is back in the news feed, returning with a new addition to the Archive Editions. This time around, we get to set our eyes on a BLUE CRYSTALIZED PIKACHU collectible. The figure features an eroded version of the famed Pokémon mascot.

The design stands nearly a foot tall and comes crafted in a light blue cast resin and aluminum oxide. Each edition arrives in Arsham studio designed housing, rocking die-cut foam, sealing label, and a pair of custom art handling gloves. As an added bonus, the artwork also includes a holographic label verifying its edition number and authenticity. The sculpture will be released in an edition of 500 pieces on Daniel Arsham’s online shop.

Take a closer look at the latest addition to the Archive Editions in the images below. While you’re at it, keep it locked with The Culture Curators for more design, art, and collectibles coming very soon.
