Located in California’s Los Altos Hills is a prime example of exceptional modern design. Dubbed the Slot House, the home is the brainchild of Feldman Architecture. The design contrasts its rugged scenery and setting, doing so with clean lines throughout. The home’s sleek exterior is the namesake feature of the house. These details seemingly slick through the home vertically.
The slots also divide the home into private and public wings. The central aspect of the home is on the communal side, where the great room resides. The area is recessed, allowing for a 12-foot ceiling. The space serves as a gathering point for socializing and relaxing. The dwelling is also host to large rectangles of glass that frame the landscapes.
The room includes 40-foot sliding glass doors that provide stunning views and connect the interior to the outdoor terrace. The space also consists of an infinity hot tub for added relaxation.
