David Shrigley Drops Eight Limited-Edition Prints

The British artist David Shrigley has revealed eight new prints online. The new limited-edition prints are available online and in Copenhagen’s Shrig Shop brick and mortar. Each work of art features a whimsical drawing that shows the artist’s dry sense of humor. Shrigley says that when we draws, he’s “looking for it to be something different, to say something interesting, something that perhaps I’ve never said before, something that I don’t fully understand. So it’s a bit like a proposition to myself really.”

Some say his work uses humor as a color. All eight of his new prints embody his style. All eight artworks are limited to an edition of 250 but will come unnumbered and unsigned. The prints are available now at the Shrig Shop in Copenhagen and online.

Take a closer look at the prints below and pick up your favorite asap. In the meantime, keep it locked with The Culture Curators for more art drops and art news coming soon.
