It’s never a bad day when we get some new music from Davido. The artist has been making some big moves in 2019, and today he returns with a brand new single. Davido and Popcaan join forces and drop off a brand new single entitled “Risky.” The track arrives after a handful of impressive collaborations from Davido. The artist has linked up with Chris Brown, Tory Lanez, and Casanova over the last year, and now he’s gearing up to drop off a project of his own. “Risky” is the first single from his upcoming album, A Good Time, which is set to arrive next month.
The track finds the two artists bringing a dose of their respective abilities, cooking up something quite impressive. The track is a laid back, contagious effort that finds the duo getting down over the top of this smooth, mid-tempo instrumental. Both artists bring their a-game and put together an impressive new single. If this doesn’t have you hyped about the upcoming album, something is wrong with you. The track follows a handful of singles from Davido, including “Fall, “Assurance,” as well as the Chris Brown-assisted single, “Blow My Mind.” On “Risky,” Davido raps, “Mi wi gi’ yuh money, anywhere any time Jiggle up body, let me see yuh waistline Know yuh need mi, and your body risky Ah high-grade and whiskey tonight.”
