Florida’s very own DJ Khaled is gearing up for his latest release. The DJ, producer, and more will drop his thirteenth studio album on August 26th, entitled GOD DID. This past weekend, Khaled returned to the interwebs with the first single from the upcoming opus, revealing a new track called “Staying Alive.”
The single finds the Florida native pairing up with Toronto’s very own Drake and the ATL representative known as Lil Baby. This isn’t the first time Drake and Lil Baby have joined forces. One notable collaboration was “Wants and Needs” off Drake’s Scary Hours 2. The two come together and showcase their respective talents over top of a smooth instrumental. The track is driven by an interpolation of the Bee Gees classic of the same name while coming to life in a matching set of visuals. The clip was directed by Director X and finds the trio living quite a life.
