This Summer, Doja Cat will release her third album. With the big day quickly arriving, she’s back with a brand new single, the first from her upcoming album, Planet Her. The track is called “Kiss Me More,” featuring her labelmate SZA. The track is certainly something infectious and one we’ll all be hearing a lot more of in the future.
Doja Cat sat down to speak with Apple Music’s Zane Lowe. Doja Cat stated: “I wanted to make a song about kissing. I just thought it would be cute”. She went on to add, “That doesn’t happen too often, but just a song that’s solely about kissing. So I started there, and then she took it to like a deeper level. [Then] it starts to become like a children’s jingle, and she just made it feel relatable and adult and sexy and funny and awesome.”
Check out the new track and the matching set of visuals in the stream below. Her new album is slated to arrive soon, so be sure to be on the lookout for that, and hopefully some more music videos as well. In the meantime, keep it locked with The Culture Curators for much more new music coming soon.
