After serving up “Life Is Good” a few weeks back and getting 2020 rolling, Drake and Future are back. This time around, the duo have resurfaced together on another new track entitled “Desires.” The track was originally teased way back in August under the name “I Know.” However, it returns under a new name, “Desires,” and finds the duo sharing one hell of an instrumental from D. Hill.
The single finds the fellas serving up a dose of their respective talents, bringing contrast to the beat while effortlessly doing their thing. The single is pushed by these cool, laid back drums, which are backed up with rattling percussion elements and a simple synth melody. The combination provides the duo with one hell of a home to excel, and they both bring their a-game. They both opt for a laid back vibe and cook up something quite smooth along the way. This is certainly one you shouldn’t be sleeping upon.
