Twelve incredibly talented trainees at the BMW Munich recently put their heads together to create something useful, elegant, and quite intriguing to the eye. These gifted individuals were instrumental in the creation of BMW’s one-off X7 pickup truck For many of us, when we think BMW, we think luxury, comfort, power, and performance.
The BMW X7 pickup truck maintains those characteristics while expanding on the practical side of things. The vehicle is based on the X7 xDrive40i, rocking an all-wheel-drive drivetrain while powered by a 340 hp six-cylinder engine. The five-seater design flaunts a handcrafted truck bed with a fine-polished wood finish, while the height-adjustable two-level air suspension adds even more functionality. The X7 pickup truck measures six-and-a-half feet long with the gate open, while the teak wood-lined bed has plenty of space for anything and everything from an adventure bike to all of your outdoor gear on your next camping trip. The vehicle comes with a lightweight design, weighing in around 440 pounds less than the X7 xDrive40i.
