Fashion and lifestyle brand Saintwoods (@saintwoods) is set to drop a series of high profile releases through the end of 2020, including their SW.010 ready-to-wear collection, Saintwoods Home for Holt Renfrew Ogilvy, both available now, and an exclusive collaboration with Helmut Lang at the end of the year.
This is set to be a significant milestone in the evolution of the brand as they release their largest collection to date and solidify Saintwoods footing in the luxury fashion space.
The premium offerings of SW.010 are a visible and confident step forward from the label’s basics-driven beginning. Offerings like a handmade 3-piece workwear suit as well as a reversible Sherpa jacket. We should still see plenty of the sweatsuit silhouettes we’ve known from Saintwoods, but this is definitely a collection that has built from the familiar pieces and added some new specialty milled fabrics to even that lineup. They’ll also be introducing new loungewear pieces like a charcoal grey sherpa hoodie, cotton pajama sets with chain stitched branding and a ‘Saintwoods Classics’ basketball jersey. SW.010 continues with an extensive offering of graphic tees and hoodies, most notably a collaboration with the world-renowned Italian design studio, Studio Temp.
Complementing the brand’s strong fashion offerings this season, Saintwoods is expanding into new categories and releasing exclusive home and lifestyle products as well. SW.010 will introduce Saintwoods Home in collaboration with iconic Canadian retailer, Holt Renfrew, specifically their brand new Montreal Flagship Holt Renfrew Ogilvy. Saintwoods Home includes small-batch handmade pottery tableware made by Montreal’s own Atelier Make, Turkish cotton Bathrobes and Towels, pillows, and blankets made of merino wool and cashmere blend, as well as new iterations of the brand’s beloved incense. The exclusive capsule also includes colorways of Saintwoods favorite logo tees and hoodies, as well as brand new graphic offerings celebrating the partnership.
Last but certainly not least, Saintwoods will close out the year with the release of its highly anticipated exclusive capsule collection with Helmut Lang in December. Saintwoods X Helmut Lang will be the first time the designer has worked with a Canadian brand.
