Fashion That Cares | Akomplice Takes On Fast Fashion

The creative minds at Akomplice are back with a new range of styles. The brand is looking to stand up against fast and disposable fashion. They have unleashed a new collection inspired by the United Nation’s most recent climate report. The report states that humans have an 11-year timeframe to turn the tides surrounding the earth’s climate crisis. Akomplice’s “Capitalism’s Unintentional Environmental Genocide” collection was photographed by Shawn McCarney.

The range features reference to Akomplice’s ethos of standing for what you believe in. One of the central themes from the collection “Earth Rights.” The phrase is seen throughout the collection on tees and more. Each piece from the “Capitalism’s Unintentional Environmental Genocide” range comes with a three-foot hangtag documenting climate crisis. All the tee shirts have been knitted, dyed, cut, sewn, printed, and finished in the United States using organic cotton. Akomplice always delivers style with a purpose, and this is no different. Bold attention to detail and exeptional quality seperates Akomplice from other brands, as does their unique style.

Take a closer look at these eye-catching new collection in the images below and pick up your favorite pieces asap. The full collection is out now and can be found at Akomplice online and select stockists. Keep it locked with The Culture Curators for more style and streetwear coming soon.
