The one and only Gallant is back! The crooner makes his return to the interwebs today with a brand new video for his latest single. This time around, it’s the track “Dynamite” that is brought to life. The track is from his new Neptune EP, which arrived back in March. The single features the talents of Brandy and serves as the second visual released from the Grammy-nominated artist’s recent project. The visuals follow the video for “Comeback,” which was first released in January of this year.
The video for “Dynamite” opens with Gallant pondering life from a building rooftop. It’s evident that something has gone wrong, while Brandy appears shortly after and heads up to meet the singer. There looks to be an evacuation effort, and as lightning strikes, a volcano on the horizon prepares to erupt. In all the panic surrounding them, the two stand on a helipad as their voices carry through the air, singing: “If we lost our minds, blew up like dynamite/wouldn’t that be nice?”
Powerful, eye-catching, and fitting, this video is certainly one we wouldn’t suggest sleeping on. Take a look and visuals in the stream below, and be sure to check out Gallant’s Neptune EP if you haven’t already done so. In the meantime, keep it locked with The Culture Curators for all the best new music coming soon.
