The creative minds over at PUMA are back at it yet again. This time around, the iconic sportswear giant has aligned with Nintendo for a bold new footwear collaboration. The duo have partnered to drop off the latest version of J. Cole’s signature basketball shoe, the RS-Dreamer Super Mario 64. The sneaker serves as a celebration of the 35th anniversary of Super Mario. The design also marks the debut collaboration with Nintendo.
The sneaker is host to Super Mario 64 design elements which have been pulled straight out of the iconic video game. The basketball focused design comes rocking exceptional attention to detail and a bold new colorway. The silhouette features PUMA Hoops technology, while a cord lacing system offers a snug and responsive fit.
The sneakers are further accented with a ProFoam midsole and RS-Foam heel for maximum energy return. The new collaborative drop with Nintendo comes on the heels of PUMA debuting the highly anticipated RS-Dreamer, J. Cole’s signature basketball sneaker in July, and additional colorways in August.
