She’s had a busy Summer, but that doesn’t stop H.E.R. from dropping new music. After unveiling her Lights On Festival earlier this month, the songstress returns with a brand new single. This time H.E.R. links up with YG for a smooth new cut entitled “Slide.” The track finds both artists bringing their a-game, serving up something incredibly contagious in the process.
YG has been everywhere these days, popping up on a slew of tracks lately with some outstanding guest features. This time he lends his talents to H.E.R. as they put together something quite contagious. The track, “Slide,” is driven by some smooth production, incredibly catchy melodic elements and some crisp drum work that provides the duo with an incredible home. They reciprocate nicely, putting together a solid showcase of their respective talents along the way. These two never disappoint on their own and cook up something special together. No word on where this track might end, but we hope to hear more from H.E.R. in the near future.
