1800 Agave Manhattan
2 oz 1800 Reposado
1 oz sweet vermouth
.25 oz maple syrup
1 dash of Angostura Bitters
Add ingredients to a mixing glass. Stir with ice. Strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass. Garnish with “maple leaf” orange twist and star anise.
