The good folks over at Lexus are back at it once again. After showcasing the powerful new 2022 IS 500 F Sport V8, the automaker is looking to show some more love to their sports line. This time around, Lexus takes a differing route, linking up with RTFKT for a one-off sneaker design. The brand has translated the 2021 Lexus IS 350 F Sport into a unique 3D-printed sneaker silhouette.
The design was inspired by the sports car’s striking lines and spindle grille. We see those details replicated using 3D printed panels that give texture to the design. The sneaker also features inspiration from the carbon spoiler at the heel, while Lexus branding is seen on the tongue. The sneakers also feature an F SPORT tag at the medial side. The sneaker is seen in a colorway that resembles “Grecian Water,” which is a new color for Lexus in 2021.
