Axl Beats has been busy himself, cooking up instrumentals for the likes of Drake, Pop Smoke, Travis Scott, and others.
“Spooky” is driven by these snappy, hard-hitting drum sections, which are paired with some incredibly slick melodic elements. The combination provides Mr. Critch with a nice home to do his thing. He doesn’t disappoint, as expected, delivering another solid showcase of his lyrical prowess.
