He’s back! It’s been three years since Kaytranada dropped off his last project, 99.9%. Since then he’s kept busy, crafting tracks for some of today’s biggest stars. However, today Kaytranada is back, unleashing a brand new project for our listening enjoyment. Today the talented producer is back with a brand new project entitled ‘Bubba.’ The new album is led by the single “10%” with Kali Uchis, coming loaded with seventeen tracks in total.
Along the way, the musician links up with the likes of Pharrell, Masego, VanJess, GoldLink, Teedra Moses, Mick Jenkins, Iman Omari, Estelle, Tinashe, and a few others. The album is littered with outstanding material and a bevy of infectious new tracks. Some of our favorites include “Freefall” with Durand Bernarr, “September 21,” “Midsection” featuring Pharrell and “Oh No” featuring Estelle. Kaytranada delivers something special, showcasing his smooth sounds, his range and his abilities behind the boards. The new opus is certainly one we wouldn’t suggest sleeping on.
