The good folks over at DJI are aiming to change the game. The company has just unveiled its latest invention for the world of cinematography, the DJI Ronin 4D. The camera features an array of outstanding and functional features, but it’s the built-in 4-axis gimbal that is a true game-changer. The camera is a Zenmuse X9 which will come in either a 6K version or an 8K model.
The full-frame sensor and interchangeable mounting system allow for various lenses while including three focusing modes, nine internal ND filters, and roughly 10 pounds. If that wasn’t enough, it also boasts an impressive LiDAR focusing system. The DJ Ronin 4D is priced at $7,199 USD for the 6K and $11,499 USD for the 8K iteration. Take a closer look at the new camera in the introductory video below from DJI.
