Both Lil Baby and DaBaby have been making quite a name for themselves over the past year or so. The two artists have unleashed a bevy of new material over the past several months, and they return, together, with something new. This time around Lil Baby and DaBaby serve up an aptly titled new single called “Baby.” The track is from Quality Control Records upcoming project, the second installment of Control The Streets, which is slated to arrive on August 16th.
The single, “Baby” finds both artists hitting us with a dose of their uncanny and unadulterated talents, doing so over top of quite an impressive instrumental. “Baby” is pushed by these simple, yet highly effective melodies that are seamlessly meshed with some menacing, intense drum sections. The combination provides the duo with a flawlessly home to do their thing, and both MC’s bring their a-game in the process. It was only a matter of time before this happened, and we’re happy it did.
Quality Control Records also dropped a second single from the second volume of Control The Streets, a new one called “Come On” from the City Girls and Saweetie.
