The other night Lil Nas X did his thing at the GRAMMYs. He even took home some hardware, winning Best Music Video and Best Pop Duo/Group Performance. The wordsmith also took to the stage to showcase his talents live, and a new remix to his single “Rodeo.” After performing “Old Town Road,” Lil Nas X brought out the legendary wordsmith, Nas, for the “Rodeo (Remix).”
The performance caught us all off guard a bit, but today we get the studio rendition of the track. The track finds both artists bringing their respective talents to the table. The instrumental stays the same, while Lil Nas X keeps his verse intact. Nas then hits the track and lays down a new verse, showing off his iconic flow and wordplay along the way. During their performance on the GRAMMY stage, Nas is heard referring to himself as “Big Nas.”
