The good folks over at Nike are back, providing a closer look at something exclusive. Today we get an up-close and personal look at the Air Max 90 “305” Friends & Family. This special iteration was recently gifted to UNKNWN shoppers on February 2, providing something unique, eye-catching, and thematic for fans of the store and the silhouette.
Co-founders LeBron James, Jaron Kanfer, and Frankie Walker Jr. honored loyal community members. In doing so, they celebrated with an unannounced gifting spree that coincided with Super Bowl LIV. The Air Max 90 “305” Friends & Family is draped in a deep green satin along the upper. The design also boasts bold orange accents on its plastic panels, a leather swoosh, and sock liner. The “305” Miami area code is seen on the tongue tag and accompanying box, with a bandana-printed insole. All 54 pairs of the Air Max 90 “305” were given out at UNKNWN’s Wynwood location to randomly-selected shoppers. The sneakers will not see a wider release.
