Little Dragon – ‘New Me Same Us’

It’s been nearly three years since we last heard a studio album from Little Dragon. Today that all changes as the group returns with their sixth album, ‘New Me Same Us.’ The new opus arrives two years after their Lover Chanting EP, and the Swedish quartet arrives with something special. The band spoke about the project, which was recorded at their home-built studio in Gothenburg.

They stated: “This album has been the most collaborative for us yet, which might sound weird considering we’ve been making music together for all these years, but we worked hard at being honest, finding the courage to let go of our egos and be pieces of something bigger.” The band went on to say, “We are all on our own personal journeys, full of change, yet still we stand united with stories we believe in, that make us who we are.”

‘New Me, Same Us’ includes eleven tracks in total. It’s led by “Hold On,” “Another Lover,” and “Are You Feeling Sad” with Kali Uchis. The group puts together something special, a unique collection of impressive material that is sure to catch your attention.
