Live In A Legend | Richard Neutra’s Lew House

When it comes to legendary architects, Richard Neutra was ahead of his time. Being able to find a Neutra-designed home for sale is a rarity, though today, we get a look at one that you can lease.  Richard Neutra’s Lew House is currently available for lease. The home was originally built in 1958, and it’s situated just above the Sunset strip. The original home has been expanded, though the steel-frame residence is still impressive and unique.

The expansion and restoration were done by Marmol Radziner. This was done to include a kitchen, living room, and a guest bedroom suite on the main floor. The mid-level is host to a master, second guest suite, and family room. The lowest level features a guest suite with an additional kitchen. The home is host to floor-to-ceiling glazing that immerses the home with natural light and views of the Hollywood Hills. The home also opens to covered balconies and a poolside terrace.

Take a look at this beautiful mid-century modern design, the Lew House in the images below and find out more from The Agency right now. In the meantime, keep it locked with The Culture Curators for more iconic architecture coming very soon.
