The good folks over at Disney are hoping to offer a storybook lifestyle. The company is expanding its real estate goals with Storyliving. The Storyliving Communities are nothing new. Starting initially at EPCOT, Disney’s community expansion also spread to Celebration and then Golden Oak, where early buyers have seen incredible returns on their investments.
Now the company is creating something new, including master-planned neighborhoods boasting the company’s attention to detail and signature service. Each location is said to offer a range of home types from estates to single-family homes, condos, and a neighborhood specifically for owners 55 and over. A resident club membership will include uniquely curated experiences, entertainment, and amenities, including mixed-use town square-like spaces. The new venture will launch with Cotino, a new development in Coachella Valley.
