Living Lavishly! House of Gucci Villa

In Ridley Scott’s House of Gucci, Villa Balbiano serves as the backdrop for the home of the Gucci family patriarch Aldo, played by Al Pacino. The dwelling is a 16th-century palazzo that is located on the western shore of Lake Como. The home is the largest private residence on the lake, boasting a lavish interior adorned with excellent furnishings.

The dwelling features antique pieces sourced from Sotheby’s and Christie’s and frescoes handpainted in the 17th-century. The villa is host to six suites designed by Jacques Garcia, while lavish outside gardens adorn the property. There is also a swimming pool, private pier, and a boathouse if that isn’t enough.

Luxurious, grand, and extravagant, this home is undoubtedly one worth the experience. Check out the stunning retreat in the images below and head over to Airbnb to book your stay asap. Bookings for Villa Balbiano will open on December 6th at 12 p.m. for a one-night stay starting on March 30th, 2022.
