Another day, another new drop from the creative minds over at Nike. This time around, Nike returns with a brand new sneaker to celebrate Valentine’s Day. With the holiday right around the corner, the iconic sportswear imprint is back with a look at a “Valentine’s Day” iteration of the legendary Air Max 90. Revamped and retooled to celebrate the big day, the sneaker comes draped in fitting hues while donning a playful message on the upper.
The sneaker is crafted from crisp white leathers, creating a base layer while rosy and heart-inspired accents are seen throughout. A bold red hue colors the Swoosh logos, eye stays by the collar, heel branding, and the tongue tabs. The tongue is host to a snap closure, concealing a holiday-inspired message that spells out “ME+AM90=TRUE LOVE” on the left and “AM90 4EVER” on the right.
Other details include pastel pink overlays and the lower eye stay, sock liners, and heel blocks. Elsewhere we find pink details around the Air unit, while the rest of the midsole features a white exterior. Bold and beautiful, these are a fitting way to celebrate the impending day.
