The one and only Lucky Daye is back. The talented artist has a new project on the way, and he’s back today with a brand new single called “Candy Drip.” With the formal follow-up to his Table For Two project on the way, the Grammy-nominated talent announced that his next project announced that his new project will be arriving sometime in March of 2022.
Today Mr. Daye serves up the lead single and title track, showcasing his smooth delivery and effortless appeal. Taking to Instagram, Lucky spoke about his upcoming single and thanked his fans for their supper. He stated: “Two years ago, I released my first studio album for me,” adding, “It was an important turning point in my life. I can never thank you enough, but I’m ready for something new.”
The lead single, “Candy Drip,” finds Lucky showing off his vocal range and prowess, getting quite an infectious backdrop to do so upon. Driven by these smooth melodies and snappy, catchy drum sections, the backdrop provides Mr. Daye with a perfect home to do his thing. Never one to disappoint, Lucky provides another reason to be a fan.
