Luxury Adventuring | Lexus GXOR Overlanding Concept

Lexus is known for flawlessly blending dependability and luxury. While their modern fleet of vehicles offers a sporty and performance aesthetic, Lexus is looking to take over the off-road sector. The Lexus GXOR Overlanding Concept made its debut at the FJ Summit in Colorado, offering a blend of luxury and capability.

The modified FX is essentially a rebadged Land Cruiser Prado, though outfitted with a barrage of third-party aftermarket gear. Exterior features include Icon Vehicle Dynamics shocks and a 2.5-inch lift, eye-catching 18-inch F-Sport wheels with General Grabber tires, CBI frame sliders, tough underbody armor, and bumpers. To take things a step further, a Warn winch, Eezi-Awn K9 roof rack, and a safari snorkel were added.

The cargo area is home to a National Luna fridge/freezer combo, Goose Gear custom drawers and more storage above thanks to Alu-boxes. There is even enough room for sleeping space, which is found in the custom Patriot Campers X1H trailer found hitched to the back. The vehicle was on display for this year’s FJ Summit, though it’s unlikely to ever get an official release.

Though you can count on overland enthusiasts will be building their own. Take a closer look at the Lexus GXOR Overlanding Concept in the images and find out more about the concept from Lexus right now.
