Casa Bautista is constructed from concrete and timber, forming an L-shaped structure that is draped in vines and tucked into the trees. The interior is host to a sculpted staircase that connects five guest rooms, a shared living area, and a rooftop terrace. The rooftop area is host to a pool that overlooks the tree canopy and out to the sea.
Wooden screens fold to open the interior to timber terraces built by local carpenters. Matching pergolas shade the outdoor spaces and lead guests to the white dunes and the stunning waters with included kayaks and snorkeling gear. The retreat also features a sustainable touch, powered by solar and wind systems. Each stay also includes local artisan coffee and organic honey from the Oaxaca jungle.
