Philly’s very own, Meek Mill is back. The wordsmith returned this Friday with a brand new single for our listening pleasures. The track is called “Believe” and finds Meek pairing up with the one and only Justin Timberlake. The track is quite a smooth one, driven by a radio-ready backdrop that provides both artists with a nice home to do their thing. The track serves as Meek’s second release of 2020, which leads us to believe that a new project is on the way.
“Believe” is pushed by these cool, laid back melodic elements which are paired with some slick, mid-tempo drum work. The combination provides the duo with an exceptional home to excel upon. Meek serves up a dose of his wordplay and lyrical prowess, while JT holds down the hook with his catchy and silky smooth delivery. The single also came with an accompanying video, which was directed by Maxime Quoilin.
